360 Degree Evaluation
360 degree evaluation involves the collection of views from staff and governors about various aspects of the headteacher’s work. A survey is provided and the outcomes are evaluated to identify strengths and areas for development. The KIS 360 Degree survey is linked to the current standards for headteachers.
Schools can administer the process themselves or for £500 + VAT our admin support team can collate the data and produce a summary report.
We are also able to offer 360 degree evaluations for any other school role and for the governing body.
